A full face mask, the Vision RFF4000 Vision 2 Face Mask by Sabre features, optically perfect vision, a speech diaphragm, LSR silicone face seal, a unique semi-spherical visor design offering unrestricted vision, a 5-point adjustable rubber harness, a standard 40mm thread front filter fitting with quick release moulded buckles, and a TPE inner mask with 2 inhalation valves.

The Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection molded in the face seal rapidly achieve an efficient and comfortable fit and provides a highly flexible seal making it easy to wear. Durable than the conventional silicone, the LSR is hypo-allergenic to prevent skin reactions. Essentially part of the Vision air-flow management system, to prevent misting, the inner mask directs inhaled air on to the visor and through the exhalation valve directs the exhaled air. To prevent reflective glare on the inside of the visor the Vision RFF4000 is molded in a non-dermatitic TPE completed with a matt finish.

To maximize the sealing area on an average, on the widest population of faces, the shape of the face seal is such that it minimizes the pressure points. Available in 3 sizes, the M/L, M and S, the facepiece is molded in polycarbonate and the visor is hard coated to offer scratch resistance and excellent solvent.

The Sabre Vision RFF4000 is a full face mask which minimizes wearer fatigue, low breathing resistance, uninhibited speech transmission, and is a lightweight construction with an optional poly-net head harness is also available.

Pro 2000 Filters

• Particle filters trap solid and liquid particles, e.g. dust, smoke, welding fumes, mists, micro-organisms and radioactive particles
• Gas filters protect against hazardous gases and vapors
• Combined filters protect against both gaseous and particulate contaminants

Particle filters

• Scott particle filters use only microfibre 'paper' media and do not use any electrostatic filtering method. They are marked 'R' for "reusable" (EN 143/A12006)
• PF10 P3 features a high capacity filter element; it removes even the smallest particles with efficiency better than 99,99 %
• The filter element is extremely water-repellent (hydrophobic)

Gas filters

• Use the highest grade active carbon materials, additionally treated for best performance
• With a safe margin to EN requirements, Pro2000 gas filters perform effectively using only 220-320 ml of carbon
• Less carbon provides low weight and less resistance - real benefits for the user

Combined filters

• Combined filters remove hazardous gases and vapors as well as solid and liquid particles
• The particle filter removes aerosol-based particles such as paint droplets. When spraying liquid substances (e.g. spray-painting) a combined filter should be used.
